Staff were helpful! The family area was great for gathering and a cozy space for meals. Breakfast had a fantastic selection, something for everyone. The location offered easy walking access to town and the rooms weresuper clean and cozy.

Variety of options for breakfast, freshly made breads, yoghourt, fruit, eggs and cheese.

I didn't feel like leaving, so do recommend this hotel. The property was fairly clean, the staff were polite. Light breakfast, best ever had, with warm breads and yoghurts, for example. The location was central, near to essentially an esplanade on the harbour close to both Fort Skansin, trucks and such drive day and night and the SMS shopping centre that has a large supermarket.

The hotel offered a lovely regularly replenished tea and coffee service.
The cleanliness of my room was disappointing. I noticed that neither the toilet nor sink had been adequately cleaned. The daily cleaning policy felt rushed and superficial, which left me feeling uneasy. I was stuck with a gloomy cliff view, and breakfast lacked much-needed variety during the six days.

Quiet location but still walking distance from city centre, easy to find, parking space, reliable wi-fi, friendly and helpful staff, consistently good breakfast, modern fixtures and fittings (especially the superb shower).

cozy, cozy, cozy
I loved staying in a Standard Double Room where the beds was like clouds! The breakfast buffet was a good start to the day, with fresh breads and local cheeses. A great coffee machine for my latte fix. The hotel's location offered fine sea views that added a peaceful touch to my stay.
can recommend 😊💖

Personal service, very nice staff. Good internet access, nice room with good bathroom and good breakfast buffet.
We came rather late with flight from Denmark, it would have been nice if we could buy something to eat there, just soda, chocolate, chips ore sandwiches.

Honestly no complains at all. Well appointed hotel located short walk to the ferry terminals and the bus terminals and ferries and the waterfront. New-fashioned, functional room with a private bathroom and a shower and underfloor heating. Very amiable staff and a light breakfast including a lot of fresh bread, cereal, fruit, eggs, and cheese.

The hotel is very clean and nicely furnished. The breakfast is good and is served in a nice and bright room. As almost eveywhere in Scandinavia one can get free coffee or tea during the whole day. Finally, there is a computer with the Internet connection for those without their own laptops while on holidays on the Faroe Islands.
The rooms facing one of the busiest streets in Torshavn with relatively large traffice (especially by Faroese standards). However, it is possible to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel which is much more quiet (we should have asked for it at the reservastion but we hadn't thought about it).

Clean and comfortable and a pleasant staff.
I only speak english and the tv was useless to me. I think you should and some english channels (cnn , bbc). As such I wouldn´t recommend this hotel to english speaking guests.

Stayed here for a few days, and despite a decent breakfast selection, it was the exact same every day. Walls are annoyingly thin, so I could hear everything. You'd think with all that noise, they'd at least offer some kind of upgrade or free drink. I almost wanted to write a glowing review, but just couldn't.

Nice young girl in the reception free internet
Single room that I had had just outside the window a rock, no view and dark.Rooms fronting the see nicer. More like a b&b than a hotel. No vegetables at breakfast. Thin walls and doors. Only danish, norwegian and faroe programs on tv.
